Our award winning bacon comes from pigs rasied by Californias finest farmers. This is where we can brag about our awesome smoke house. The pork is cured with the best herbs and spices. Then smoked with premium wood at a low, slow heat to bring you the best flavor compositions. Can you say....smoke show? There are approx. 10 slices in a pound.
